Our Team:

Steve Hendrick
As President and CEO of RC Hospitality, Steve makes sure the entire RC Hospitality team performs their duties with a customer centered mind set. Over forty years ago, after graduating from the University of Texas, Steve began his career in the furniture industry. Starting out with Century Furniture for the first twenty-five years, his responsibilities included key account management and product development. Before it became obvious, Steve predicted the shift to imported furniture and founded his own family owned company. In the beginning the focus was on the OEM and retail sectors. However, RC Hospitality has found its home in the hospitality industry. Although we source from India and Mexico, the vast majority of our FF&E items come from China. We have found that for variety of materials, large capacity and an incredible work ethic, China is the best country in the world to manufacture furniture that is both beautiful and durable. This is why Steve recently completed his sixty fourth trip to China.

Jessica Bodeker
Jessica Barrentine has been with RC Hospitality since 2005. She supervises accounts receivable and accounts payable and coordinates our shipping logistics. She also heads up our newest division—project installation. Now, RC Hospitality can handle your orders from development all the way through a successful and on-time install. Everyone who Jessica works with appreciates her conscientious and customer centered approach to handling her responsibilities. She is a key component of our team.

Kenny Wu
Kenny is a world class country manager. He graduated as a Foreign Trade Major from Guangzhou University in 1992. Kenny has worked in the import/export business concentrating on the furniture industry for more than twenty-four years. From a Quality Controller to a Team Organizer for a wide range of products, Kenny has risen through product sourcing, development, production management, shipping, customer service and executive leadership in both state owned and US companies. Traveling to the US and Europe more than ten times, including multiple trips to the High Point Furniture Market and KBIS, Kenny understands life-style and cultural differences between nations with an international perspective. Starting with a customer centered mind set, Kenny has put together a world class team in China that focuses on flawless communication and quality oriented production management.

Paul Ouyang
For many years, Paul has worked as a Project Manager in the plumbing, electrical and air conditioning industries, both on the purchasing and installation sides. From 1994 to 2008, Paul supervised numerous projects working with building
and remodeling hotels, restaurants, banks and even an adventure playground. Since 2008, Paul has been involved in the American furniture market, focusing on electrical and lighting design. Now Paul is a Senior Project Manager for RC
Hospitality. His primary focuses are metal, electric, lighting, glassware and aluminum windows and doors. Paul is knowledgeable regarding architectural regulations and is now a very important teammate.

Orson Lin
Orson graduated with a Furniture Design and Industry Major from GuangXi Forestry College. He has worked as a Production Manager concentrating on US exports for thirteen years. . Seven of these years were at Zhongshan Pathfinder Furniture Co. Ltd. as a CAD drawing team leader and Furniture Development Supervisor. This was followed by four years at Hangzhou Xiaoran Import and Export Trading Co. as a Quality Supervisor in Malaysia for furniture shipped to the US. Now, Orson is our Product Manager responsible for supervising development through shipment for all furniture shipping to the US.

Martin Lee
Martin worked at the largest painting material supplier in the world, Akzo Nobel, for more than twenty years-- Progressing from technician to Area Customer Service Manager. Martin is very knowledgeable about both US and European furniture styles and experienced with both finish development and production management. We are fortunate to have one of China’s best finish developers and production supervisors on our team.

Lydia Liu
Lydia is our logistics and accounting manager. She has years of experience with furniture production scheduling, shipping and financing. Lydia oversees many important details to ensure our customers receive their shipments safely and on time. Knowledgeable regarding custom and shipping regulations, Lydia works out the most efficient way to deliver our products. She is a critically important part of our business.
